We call on the International community (social and civil organizations, NGOs, and collective) to perform actions of solidarity from their countries and communities with the aim of covering the Caravan of Solidarity with the Autonomous Municipality San Juan Copala “Bety Cariño & Jyri Jaakkola” (7, 8 and 9 of June) during the tour in Mexico-City to the Autonomous Municipality of San Juan Copala in the State of Oaxaca. Therefore we propose:
· Enforce demonstrations at Mexican embassies in your country, especially on June 8, the day the humanitarian caravan will enter with food and medicine for the more than 700 families living in the municipality. · Sending diplomatic letters denouncing the violent and harassment situation existing in the autonomous municipality and demanding the federal and governmental authorities to ensure security of the members of the caravan.
